Roatan, Honduras
Roatán surprised me in the best way. Tucked in the Caribbean off the coast of Honduras, this little island is a haven for divers and beach lovers. The coral reefs here are breathtaking — vibrant, teeming with life, and so close to shore. We spent lazy afternoons at West Bay, wandered colourful seaside villages, and enjoyed fresh lobster with our toes in the sand. Roatán’s easy charm makes it the kind of place you instantly relax into.
