2023 Feb Barbados

Touching down in Barbados felt like stepping straight into a postcard—soft golden sand, turquoise water, and that unmistakable island rhythm that instantly slows your heartbeat. We began our Caribbean island-hopping adventure here, soaking up the warmth of both the sun and the people.

Our days were filled with easygoing exploration: wandering the colorful streets of Bridgetown, snorkeling in Carlisle Bay with sea turtles, and savoring flying fish sandwiches at Oistins Fish Fry. A drive along the rugged east coast to Bathsheba revealed a wilder side of the island—windswept cliffs and surfer-perfect waves.

Evenings in Barbados have their own kind of magic. Rum punch in hand, we watched the sky fade into watercolor sunsets at Payne’s Bay, feeling grateful to be exactly where we were.
